Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- 2-3 years automotive quality experience
- Knowledge of APQP, AIAG/VDA standards, and core tools (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA)
- Knowledge of ISO/IATF systems
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to read drawings and specifications
- Ability to work and contribute with interdisciplinary teams
- Fluent English
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 and Automotive SPICE is highly desirable
Aufgaben
- Lead APQP activities for new and change projects
- Support APQP Quality activities from RFQ to product launch
- Facilitate quality work packages for assigned launch programs
- Monitor product and project quality during development
- Identify and mitigate risks in new development projects
- Create and release APQP documentation
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements
- Consider customer requirements in control plan development
- Provide quality assurance support to plants
- Prepare and deliver PPAP packages for new product launches
- Coordinate APQP documentation with Simultaneous Development Team
- Administer risk management within QC process
- Maintain master data based on plant and SME alignment
- Attend SDT, red flag, and steering committee meetings
- Support 1st and 2nd party auditing
- Contribute to product and production process development
- Support DV/PV sample builds and verification
- Ensure parts meet dimensional and functional requirements
- Support automotive SPiCE and ISO 26262 standards
- Support global and regional change management processes
- Conduct safe build process in designated projects
- Analyze data for continuous supplier product improvements
