- Lead IT Service Operations across EMEA
- Restore execution discipline and operational stability
- Strengthen manager effectiveness and employee engagement
- Bridge global IT strategy and regional execution
- Ensure reliable, scalable, and continuously improving services
- Rebuild trust and accountability within the organization
- Drive operational discipline and initiative tracking
- Establish regional follow-up and accountability routines
- Proactively escalate and resolve delivery gaps
- Develop and support managers and service professionals
- Implement structured leadership routines and 1:1s
- Provide performance feedback and team execution reviews
- Coach managers to enhance support and team engagement
- Build and use dashboards for service performance tracking
- Provide stakeholders with clear visibility on priorities
- Use data to drive decisions and improvements
- Ensure stable, high-performing IT services
- Manage end-user services, field support, and incident handling
- Drive continuous improvement in service reliability
- Reduce first-contact resolution and recurring issues
- Maintain alignment with global IT standards
- Improve employee experience through consistent support
- Develop regional engagement action plans based on surveys
- Communicate progress and ensure visible improvements
- Strengthen manager support and feedback quality
- Clarify priorities and growth opportunities
- Drive recognition and development practices
- Partner with HR on career development planning
- Address disengagement, attrition, workload, and wellbeing
- Implement actions for a sustainable, productive environment
- Collaborate with global service owners and teams
- Represent EMEA requirements in global standards
- Monitor regional supplier performance and SLA delivery
- Support supplier governance with operational input
- Ensure operational readiness for M&A and new site onboarding
- Coordinate cross-team execution for smooth delivery
