- Maintain and manage personnel data in the HR system and ERP system
- Create and update employee records and timesheets
- Ensure smooth implementation of monthly payroll and annual compensation reviews
- Manage HR-related documentation and paperwork
- Administer overseas employees in collaboration with German Chambers of Commerce
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees and offboarding for departing employees
- Create and present statistics and analyses
- Advise on contractual and labor law issues
- Assist in organizing and delivering learning and development programs
- Serve as a contact point for the works council
