Aufgaben

  • Support full employee lifecycle administration
  • Prepare, issue, and track employment contracts
  • Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities
  • Manage offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee files
  • Update HRIS and People & Culture systems
  • Administer annual leave
  • Action health & safety reporting
  • Monitor sickness
  • Provide People & Culture operations support
  • Prepare, validate, and submit payroll inputs
  • Administer benefits programmes
  • Ensure up-to-date benefits documentation
  • Monitor compliance with German labour laws
  • Contribute to European regulations and administration
  • Support audit requirements and compliance reporting
  • Ensure P&C systems meet legal standards
  • Contribute to P&C projects
  • Identify opportunities to streamline P&C processes
  • Support implementation of new P&C tools
  • Prepare reports and data insights
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in organising culture-building activities
