Anforderungen

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, or People & Culture Manager roles
  • Experience in fast-growing startup or scale-up environment
  • Empathetic, approachable, and trust-building interpersonal skills
  • Solid hands-on experience running HR processes end-to-end
  • Attention to detail in HR processes
  • Genuine passion for Learning & Development
  • Experience designing or coordinating impactful training programmes
  • Independent and proactive operation
  • Ability to identify gaps and build solutions
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Adaptability to dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Clear and warm written and in-person communication
  • Audience-specific communication style adaptation
  • Data literacy in HR metrics
  • Ability to produce HR reports
  • Use of data to support recommendations
  • Fluent English
  • German language skills (strong advantage)
  • Familiarity with German labour law
  • Hands-on experience in German-based company
  • Essential experience with HRIS systems
  • Preferred experience with Personio
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (plus)

  • Identify development needs
  • Curate training programmes
  • Support individual growth plans
  • Contribute to compensation processes
  • Manage salary reviews
  • Benchmark compensation
  • Ensure competitive benefits
  • Engage employees through initiatives
  • Conduct pulse surveys
  • Organize team events
  • Implement recognition programmes
  • Translate insights into improvements
  • Advise on employee relations
  • Handle sensitive matters professionally
  • Escalate issues appropriately
  • Maintain accurate people data
  • Produce regular reports
  • Support data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate on P&C projects
