- Experience in a publicly traded company (NASDAQ, S&P) would be beneficial
Aufgaben
- Process payroll accurately and on time for German entities
- Manage payroll-related accruals and prepayments
- Ensure data integrity from HRIS (Workday) to Cloudpay
- Serve as the main contact for employee payroll inquiries
- Respond promptly to employee queries via the ticketing system
- Provide backup support for payroll processes worldwide
- Collaborate with the Finance team on monthly payroll reconciliations
- Ensure compliance and reporting with local payroll providers
- Analyze and implement improvements for payroll practices in Germany
- Gather manual inputs and approvals for Cloudpay uploads
