- •3-5 years relevant controlling or finance experience
- •Excellent MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- •Advanced SAP skills
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Ability to build strong organizational relationships

- •Coordinate the DACH month-end close process
- •Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reclasses
- •Generate flash reports and actuals commentary
- •Analyze complex data for price and volume variances
- •Monitor financial performance for the German affiliate
- •Support balance sheet analysis, forecasting, and reconciliation
- •Manage project, freight, and distribution expenses
- •Collaborate with IT to improve data quality
- •Address internal and external audit queries
- •Develop monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages
- •Support the development of Plan and LBE cycles
- •Execute headcount reporting and ad-hoc analyses
- •Advocate for and provide training on financial policies
- •Participate in continuous improvement projects
