Anforderungen
- •3-5 years of finance or accounting experience
- •Prior business partnering and commercial FP&A experience
- •Customer oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- •Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability
- •Strong prioritization skills
- •Enjoyment of working in international environments
- •Collaboration and teamwork in matrix organizations
- •Advanced Excel skills
- •Knowledge of HFM, SAP, TM1, PowerBI, or Cognos/BI tools
- •Oral and written fluency in English
- •Experience in fast-paced or global organizations
Aufgaben
- •Coordinate FP&A processes and EMEA consolidations
- •Support the FP&A Manager with review packages
- •Set up scheduled Proof of Concept planning activities
- •Distribute planning templates, schedules, and guidelines
- •Prepare and consolidate various financial forecasts
- •Deliver margin risk and contingency analysis
- •Create monthly management reports with benchmark analysis
- •Present financial information as value-added analysis
- •Provide pricing guidance on commercial deals
- •Streamline processes for timely financial reporting
- •Maintain and develop management reporting tools
- •Collaborate with divisional teams on local processes
- •Maintain a strong system of internal financial controls
