Aufgaben
- Create and execute a strategic regional partner sales plan
- Expand the territory and develop regional partners
- Foster collaboration with internal field sales teams
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
- Promote Harness software and services
- Generate net new enterprise business through channel and SI partners
- Expand the existing partner ecosystem
- Generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
- Develop go-to-market strategies with partner ecosystems
- Create joint business plans with strategic partners
- Achieve defined sales targets through partnership sales
- Establish thought leadership with focus partners
- Align partner sales and services with the Harness Platform
- Identify mutual prospects with partners and sales teams
- Secure new business meetings through partner collaboration
- Create enablement plans for partner technical capabilities
- Drive customer success through partner pre-sales and post-sales support
- Align internal and external business functions to scale
- Recruit and onboard new partners into the ecosystem
- Enable new partners to drive engagement
- Support business reviews with sales teams
- Build and promote partner communities across Europe
