Anforderungen

  • 5 - 8 years of direct field sales experience
  • At least 5 years experience managing reseller engagements or business development
  • Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise-wide business information solutions
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer business models and challenges
  • Strong knowledge of technology to solve customer needs
  • Results oriented individual able to establish priorities
  • Proven track record of maintaining relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Continuous growth mindset and willingness to learn
  • Fluency in English and German language

  • Manage and develop third-party relationships
  • Build senior-level executive relationships with partners
  • Achieve revenue growth and partner satisfaction objectives
  • Maintain and grow revenue streams for partner retention
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Create compelling use cases for potential partners
  • Conduct extensive pre-sales efforts to establish credibility
  • Map out solution architecture and validate value propositions
  • Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close new partnerships
  • Initiate implementation of new partnerships to ensure monetization
  • Manage a portfolio of existing partners
  • Meet annual sales goals through new partner acquisition
  • Grow existing partnerships to enhance revenue
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM software and sales tools
  • Support territory, account planning, and forecasting
  • Establish expertise in prospective partner use cases
  • Participate in industry focus groups and conferences
  • Manage internal stakeholders and influence the sales team
