Partner Management Director – EMEA Strategy Consulting Lead(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- •7-12 years of relevant work experience in strategy consulting, software sales, business development, or partner management
- •Strong commercial acumen and track record of driving commercial outcomes
- •Deep understanding of strategy consulting firms' business models and enterprise transformation
- •Excellent communication and storytelling skills, and executive presence
- •Proven track record of guiding senior consulting partners and C-level executives
- •Strong network within the European strategy consulting ecosystem
- •Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to build strong relationships
- •Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with self-motivation and organizational skills
- •Willingness to travel (10-20%)

- •Define and execute a holistic Go-To-Market plan for strategy consulting firms across EMEA and APAC
- •Attract and develop senior relationships with sector, industry, and capability leaders
- •Refine and pitch the value proposition of the Celonis partnership for joint business development
- •Source joint projects and manage Celonis-powered consulting engagements
- •Align expectations with consulting partners and coordinate across internal Celonis teams
- •Embed Celonis into partner methodologies and offerings for transformation practices
- •Shape joint go-to-market initiatives aligned with consulting-led transformation themes
- •Develop and convert pipeline by collaborating with regional and sales leadership
- •Guide C-level pitches to activate partners in priority accounts
- •Manage stakeholders across various Celonis functions, partners, and customers
- •Drive joint thought leadership and marketing through whitepapers and industry insights
- •Manage regional governance with consulting firms, including steering committees and project forecasts
