Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in business admin, finance, related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities or office management
- Customer centricity, high-level communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant HR/Finance applications
- Fluent German and English
- Willingness to learn and grow
Aufgaben
- Cooperate with People Advisors, CoEs, and People Operations
- Provide input on processes and ways of working
- Drive change within people teams
- Perform general administrative and secretarial tasks
- Handle reception activities
- Manage local attendance in Timesystem
- Report sick leave
- Process other absence requests
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and parcels
- Manage travel expense reports
- Provide payroll support as needed
- Plan and execute employee events
- Prepare and support internal and external meetings
- Manage local vendors in Munich
- Oversee vendor service level agreements
- Communicate with vendors regularly
- Manage storage and inventory control
- Implement ergonomic initiatives
- Oversee physical security and access control
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations
- Partner with Compliance and Risk for data integrity
- Ensure implementation of relevant trainings
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Collaborate with benefits vendors, brokers, and People Operations
