- Administer ADP Workforce Now for global payroll
- Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing
- Manage user access and roles in ADP
- Coordinate payroll cycles with HR and Finance
- Handle headcount changes and regulatory compliance
- Maintain data integrations between ADP and NetSuite
- Ensure accurate payroll journal entries and cost allocations
- Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies
- Manage ADP support relationships
- Coordinate system updates and releases
- Administer NetSuite instance
- Manage user roles and permissions in NetSuite
- Configure workflows and saved searches
- Support month-end close activities
- Ensure NetSuite is the trusted financial system of record
- Lead change management processes
- Document, test, and deploy system changes
- Support IT General Controls and SOX compliance
- Collaborate with Finance on data flows to FP&A tools
- Develop understanding of FP&A processes
- Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis
- Contribute to integration and data quality work
