- Provide individualized customer service
- Guide customers in finding the right implementation
- Advocate the best way to use Sonar products
- Investigate and solve customer issues promptly
- Represent the customer voice in product discussions
- Help customers integrate solutions across their development pipeline
- Assist with technical integration to developer IDEs, ALMs, and CI chains
- Assist with integration to software lifecycle (SCM, build, test)
- Assist with integration to existing business applications (identity provider, database, etc.)
- Drive technical issues to resolution
- Qualify customer concerns
- Conduct in-depth technical investigations
- Manage customer relationships throughout issue resolution
- Collaborate with Sales and Consultants to improve customer experience
- Ensure Service offering brings maximum value to customers
- Listen to, challenge, and refine customer feedback
- Feed discussions with product teams
- Shape product evolutions
- Have a voice in enhancing team processes
