- Proficiency in English and advantageous German language skills

Aufgaben
- Supervise and support bioconjugate manufacturing processes
- Manage the life cycle of clinical and commercial programs
- Coordinate between development, manufacturing, and quality departments
- Execute programs within defined time, quality, and cost targets
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations
- Provide process and cGMP inputs for assigned programs
- Oversee technology transfers, scale-ups, and suite changes
- Lead process troubleshooting on the manufacturing floor
- Optimize manufacturing programs in a continuous manner
- Represent the MSAT department during audits and inspections
