Aufgaben
- Provide hands-on technical and organizational support
- Manufacture Bioconjugate drug substances
- Collaborate with stakeholders to bring systems online
- Contribute to commissioning, qualification, and validation
- Support technical deviation investigations and change controls
- Conduct risk assessments and regulatory documentation
- Lead troubleshooting for equipment malfunctions
- Train colleagues on cGMP and HSE standards
- Ensure operational readiness and on-time delivery
- Implement continuous improvements and new ideas
