Aufgaben
- Analyze pharmaceutical processes to create reliable solutions
- Act as the primary contact for functional customer topics
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, and IT teams
- Perform detailed process analysis and system design
- Execute system configuration activities
- Develop pilot use cases and present proof of concepts
- Perform fit-gap analysis for commercial proposals
- Showcase functional aspects of proposed solutions
- Consult and educate customers on process improvements
- Create solution designs and functional specifications
- Implement technology-enabled business solutions
- Participate in full-cycle MES implementation projects
- Build functional partnerships with customer counterparts
- Guide less experienced peers and contractors
