In this role, you will enhance global SAP processes while supporting digital transformation initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve advising business units, configuring systems, and training key users to ensure efficient operations.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in business administration, mechanical engineering, chemistry, or comparable field
• •Several years of professional experience in SAP QM/PP environment, supply chain, or operations processes
• •Very good SAP skills, ideally in QM and PP and related modules
• •Experience in global projects and translating technical requirements into SAP solutions
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
• •Structured, analytical approach to work and high affinity for process optimisation, Lean/Six Sigma an advantage
• •Very good English and German skills and willingness to travel for international projects

Aufgaben

• •Develop and standardize global SAP QM, PP, and supply chain processes
• •Support and co-design digital transformation initiatives
• •Advise business units and coach SAP rollouts in QM and PP
• •Configure and enhance the SAP system for QM, PP, and related modules
• •Coordinate with external consultants for system development
• •Manage projects and sub-projects in international SAP initiatives
• •Train and coach local and global key users
• •Coordinate testing and project activities
• •Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, including ticket and KPI tracking
• •Design and standardize global dashboards and management evaluations
