- Strong presentation, communication, and moderation skills at management level
- Analytical mind and ability to work in a structured way
- IT affinity and feel for sophisticated processes
- Excellent MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Visionary approach with commitment to making a difference
- Passion for working creatively and independently
- Fluent in German and English, other foreign languages are a plus
- Previous experience as consultant
- Experience with Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) or similar ticketing tool
- Creativity and willingness to learn new technologies

- Engage with customers to understand their business goals
- Adapt value-adding approaches for process mining projects
- Lead workshops focused on value creation
- Use process mining to identify and qualify improvement potentials
- Understand customer needs in finance, sales, and procurement
- Communicate solutions to key decision makers and senior management
- Develop new process mining use cases with data science colleagues
- Support international expansion and team development with strategic concepts
