Aufgaben
- Provide technical guidance on business processes

- Act as a liaison between end-users and consultants
- Create detailed specifications for program development
- Assist QA teams in writing test plans and test cases
- Support system, integration, readiness, and acceptance testing
- Contribute to sales bids and RFPs with insights
- Present to clients as part of the sales bid team
- Travel to client sites as needed
