Anforderungen
- Extensive sales or account management experience
- 4+ years media agency experience
- Proven leadership experience (significant plus)
- Experience building complex agency proposals
- Proficient in scoping new services
- Proficient in calculating resource-based pricing
- Proficient in maintaining healthy margins
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Deep experience managing media clients
- Retail Media, Amazon, and Marketplaces experience (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful account management
- Managed accounts exceeding $5M+ annual media spend
- Full-funnel strategy and activation experience
- Expert use of Salesforce
- Expert use of PowerBI
- Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform (highly advantageous)
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite (highly advantageous)
- Familiarity with Amazon Advertising (highly advantageous)
- Familiarity with Pacvue (highly advantageous)
- Familiarity with Amalytix (highly advantageous)
- High emotional intelligence
- Expert-level negotiation skills
- Ability to translate complex technical jargon for C-suite
- Proactive, "hands-on" personality
- Flexible, solution-oriented mindset
- Business fluency in English
- Business fluency in German
