- Previous experience with agencies
- Experience with tech agencies (plus)
- Enthusiasm for current digital industry discussions/trends
- Experience with technology environments
- High level understanding of Platform, UX, UI Design
- Ability to present complex strategic ideas clearly on slides
- Ability to give clear instructions for future actions
- Very good understanding of reporting and analysis
- Professional working proficiency in German
- Excellent English skills
- Capability to work with clients in German

- Ensure successful client collaboration
- Expand client sales volume
- Lead senior DEPT® client teams
- Monitor client product and KPI performance
- Implement optimization measures for client products
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Drive strategic and sustainable client development
- Understand client business goals and pain points
- Adapt offers to client goals
- Understand client stakeholder landscape
- Engage with client and internal stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities with clients
- Deliver client presentations
- Conduct quarterly and annual planning meetings
- Present work internally and externally
