- Strong stakeholder communication and service orientation
- Solid computer skills including MS Office; SharePoint and basic budget tracking experience (plus)

Aufgaben
- Support planning and implementation of marketing activities
- Manage marketing request intake and prioritization
- Maintain the marketing calendar and support readiness planning
- Coordinate smaller operational marketing projects
- Monitor and track the annual marketing budget
- Support invoice and PO tracking
- Provide administrative support for vendor setup and procurement
- Maintain an overview of active vendors and scopes
- Coordinate national and regional supply of marketing materials
- Monitor expiration dates of materials
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Support planning and logistics for marketing materials
