- Proven track record in solution selling

- Experience working for a manufacturer or selling to manufacturers
- Ability to articulate value propositions around Industry 4.0, MES, and digital transformation
- Familiarity with ERP integration, factory scheduling, and smart manufacturing concepts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work across diverse cultures and geographies in EMEA & LATAM
- Fluency in English and other local languages, ideally German

- Drive adoption of HPE GreenLake as-a-Service pricing models
- Negotiate and close complex solution deals
