Anforderungen
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable field
- Strong interest in AI, digitalization, data-driven production, project and product management
- High self-motivation, independent work, strong ownership and responsibility
- Structured and organized work manner, ability to maintain overview with multiple tasks
- Enjoyment of analyzing complex topics, preparing insights, and communicating them clearly
- Initial experience in project management, product management, or industrial/manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or comparable collaboration and project management tools (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with diverse colleagues
- Very good German language skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
Aufgaben
- Support Product Owners and Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects
- Create presentations, reports, dashboards, and decision-making materials
- Assist in organizing, preparing, and following up on workshops and meetings
- Document project progress, results, processes, and requirements
- Support maintenance and development of backlogs, roadmaps, and documentation
- Assist in creation, monitoring, and analysis of KPIs and production data
- Take ownership of smaller work packages and drive implementation
- Research new technologies, methodologies, and trends in AI, Digitalization, Analytics, and Production Intelligence
