  • Experience leading and inspiring technical teams
  • Experience in technical sales or similar organizations
  • Client- and/or partner-facing responsibilities
  • Managing and leading remote team across Germany and Austria
  • Strong people leadership capability
  • Developing technical experts and future leaders
  • Developing organizational capabilities on department level
  • Change and performance management
  • Positive change leadership experience in IT industry
  • Enthusiasm in public speaking
  • Experience in public speaking in front of clients and partners
  • Fluent German (spoken and written)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable in global, diverse, matrix environment

Aufgaben

  • Lead DataCenter Technical Sales Specialists in Germany and Austria
  • Provide operational leadership and grow organizational capabilities
  • Collaborate with Public, Enterprise, and MidMarket Sales Managers
  • Handle operational prioritization and escalation tasks
  • Foster and develop key capabilities of the department and individuals
  • Drive impactful technical client engagements and business partner capabilities
  • Manage experienced data center technical pre-sales specialists
  • Inspire and lead change in collaboration with Lenovo management
  • Develop business plans to achieve KPIs
  • Cultivate talents and organizational capabilities in solution-led sales
  • Increase partners’ technical capabilities to support Lenovo data center business
  • Collaborate with key technology partners to stay ahead of innovation
  • Represent Lenovo data center solutions at key industry events
  • Work closely with Lenovo sales leaders and Channel managers
  • Achieve common revenue and profit goals
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Technical Sales Team’s skills and resources
  • Participate in regular business and technology interlocks
  • Adopt plans and execution based on market and technological developments
  • Participate in regular technical community calls to exchange and learn
