Aufgaben
- Lead client-facing projects in supply chain management
- Identify performance issues, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, cost drivers, and risks
- Shape supply chain strategies, operating models, network footprints, inventory strategies, and supplier portfolios
- Reduce supply chain costs and optimize inventory levels
- Improve cash conversion
- Lead or contribute to transformation programs and large-scale change initiatives
- Restructure supply networks and integrate acquisitions
- Engage with procurement teams, operations leaders, finance, and external suppliers
- Ensure recommendations are adopted by stakeholders
- Help organizations prepare for disruptions and diversify suppliers
- Build more robust operating models
- Streamline workflows and implement best-practice planning methods
- Support the adoption of digital tools such as ERP, S&OP/IBP platforms, or advanced analytics
- Participate in business development and marketing activities and events
- Expand knowledge and experience by working with Managing Directors on additional topics
- Contribute to the development of the Supply Chain Management team
