• •Implement and execute key Omnichannel initiatives across Europe
• •Develop monitoring mechanisms to maintain target KPIs
• •Ensure a best-in-class consumer and store experience
• •Define and share best practices for store processes
• •Deliver operational and financial performance reports
• •Manage demand processes for solution enhancements
• •Provide training materials for effective functional operations
• •Document initiatives and update local market guidelines
• •Review and update policies for new systems
• •Facilitate meetings to inform and motivate teams
• •Represent market business interests to global counterparts
• •Lead the Europe Digital Retail Champions Program
• •Support the Retail Operations team on key initiatives
