Anforderungen

• •Mastery of Financial and Accounting principles

• •Understanding of Retail processes and structures

• •Strong competence with SAP AFS
• •Business fluency in English
• •University degree in Finance or Accounting
• •Professional accounting designation is a plus
• •3-5 years professional experience
• •Knowledge and experience in retail preferred

Aufgaben

• •Provide financial planning and analysis for the European retail business
• •Focus on occupancy costs, rent, and fleet depreciation
• •Support tactical and strategic decision-making for the store fleet
• •Partner with Real Estate Managers to maximize profitability
• •Collaborate with accounting teams on IFRS16 rule application
• •Maintain dynamic planning processes for forecasts and budgets
• •Manage monthly retail reporting and plan-versus-actual comparisons
• •Anticipate financial risks and conduct impairment testing
• •Provide scenario analyses to Senior Management
• •Develop and monitor KPIs for long-term planning
• •Implement creative process improvements and simplify analytical tools
• •Drive and analyze business processes proactively
• •Take ownership of day-to-day financial operations
