Aufgaben

• •Act as a functional expert for POS dataflows
• •Manage sales, returns, promotions, and inventory movements
• •Enhance store applications and back-office tools
• •Maintain integrations between ERP, POS, and middleware
• •Coordinate with payment providers and omnichannel services
• •Validate data and monitor interface pipelines
• •Handle errors across various system interfaces
• •Process master data and transactional updates accurately
• •Execute functional, integration, and regression testing
• •Verify end-to-end flows across digital and middleware components
• •Collaborate with vendors and internal business stakeholders
• •Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• •Support store technology rollouts and new feature releases
• •Maintain process documentation and interface mappings
• •Develop test scripts and functional guides
