In this role, you will lead a team focused on optimizing inventory across various product lines, ensuring customer demand is met while maintaining optimal stock levels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• •Several years of experience in inventory planning, Supply Chain Management, or Controlling | Finance
• •Confident leadership with a global mindset
• •Strong cross-functional relationship building
• •Clear and effective communication with stakeholders
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Celonis)
• •Business fluent in English, German, or French
• •Willingness to travel globally (max. 20%)
