- Provide strategic direction and daily guidance
- Drive global inventory optimization initiatives
- Achieve inventory targets
- Develop and implement inventory planning strategies
- Optimize stock levels across multiple locations and product categories
- Drive continuous improvement in inventory management processes
- Improve and implement global inventory policies
- Collaborate with demand planning, procurement, sales, finance, operations, and IT
- Ensure efficient use of ERP and planning tools
- Support accurate data analysis and decision-making
- Identify and mitigate inventory risks
- Develop contingency plans
