- Drive standardization and ITIL process maturity
- Enable reliable integration of managed hosting services
- Manage external service providers for SLA compliance
- Oversee end-to-end infrastructure hosting services
- Define strategies and roadmaps aligned with IT and business goals
- Ensure stable operation of datacenters and hosting platforms
- Collaborate across teams to establish hosting standards
- Drive process automation and tooling enhancements
