- Vendor management experience (contract negotiation, cost optimization)
- Leadership qualities, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
Aufgaben
- Ensure seamless delivery of network and connectivity services
- Maintain high availability and performance of enterprise systems
- Oversee WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewall services
- Manage external service providers for SLA compliance and optimal performance
- Drive standardization and process maturity using ITIL
- Define service strategies and roadmaps aligned with IT and business goals
- Ensure stable operation of enterprise networks
- Drive incident management processes
- Collaborate with teams to establish connectivity standards for hybrid cloud environments
- Implement process automation and tooling enhancements
