- Support organizational transformation efforts
- Maintain and improve employee engagement framework
- Identify and tailor best practices for local employees
- Apply consistent project methodology for transformation
- Manage day-to-day project tasks
- Create and implement status update documents
- Monitor project progress against milestones
- Measure success of initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in strategy execution
- Support regional HR teams in transformation activities
- Use data and analytics to shape organizational strategy
- Develop HR internal communication activities
- Improve transparency of HR tools and processes
- Represent link between HR and business
- Maintain engagement framework for Lucerne office
- Be visible and approachable to employees
- Create a sense of ownership for office culture
- Ensure robust planning and implementation
- Drive tactical initiatives
- Update stakeholders timely
- Use effective communication methods with Senior Management
