- Craft messaging for the organization's strategic direction.
- Lead change communications for CEO positioning.
- Ensure stakeholder engagement during organizational change.
- Act as a key link for German-speaking employees.
- Ensure CEO messages resonate culturally and linguistically.
- Support Group Communications priorities.
- Align priorities with Diagnostics Division strategy.
- Provide expert counsel on Swiss and German matters.
- Advise on geopolitical situations.
- Offer counsel on strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with P&C on local works council topics.
- Work with Group Communications on global change initiatives.
