Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- •Minimum 3 years managing SAP SuccessFactors modules with proven product/process ownership
- •Experience in global rollout projects, change management, and process optimization
- •Experience in Works Council alignment
- •Strong communication and influencing skills
- •Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
- •Ability to foster cross-cultural collaboration and teamwork
- •Fluency in English; additional group languages beneficial

- •Define and implement a global strategy for module development
- •Establish and enforce global standards and best practices
- •Steer governance and decision-making for process changes
- •Lead global and regional projects, including rollouts and upgrades
- •Collaborate with Group SMEs and regional HR teams for project delivery
- •Support regional HR leads in implementing adjustments and ensuring compliance
- •Manage system configuration and module settings with Group IT
- •Ensure modules meet evolving business requirements
- •Drive change management initiatives and knowledge transfer
- •Create and maintain user guides and training materials
- •Empower regional teams through training and ongoing support
- •Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- •Foster collaboration and best practice exchange among HR teams
- •Provide structured communication channels for feedback
- •Collaborate on cross-module initiatives with other Global Process Managers
