Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related field
- Several years of professional experience in Digital Transformation, Business Operations, Process Improvement, Analytics, PMO, Product Development, or comparable role
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, workflow automation, business process optimization, and modern collaboration platforms

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for influencing and driving change across functions and levels
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and challenging established ways of working
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic execution
- Fluent English skills; German is an advantage
