- Proven track record designing & implementing organizational frameworks, structures, processes, workflows

Aufgaben
- Analyze existing organizational structures, roles, spans, layers, decision paths, and interfaces
- Develop target operating models including governance, role architecture, KPIs, and decision models
- Maintain job descriptions and org charts
- Facilitate cross-functional design workshops
- Create implementation roadmaps for piloting, rollout, and KPI tracking
- Conduct capacity and competency analyses
- Design redesign scenarios for growth or efficiency phases
- Support change programs involving structural and role changes, and leadership empowerment
- Harmonize processes and organizational units
- Perform organizational and HR due diligence on people risks, culture, HR systems, policies, compensation, and structure
- Evaluate target organizational designs for fit, synergies, and risks
- Prepare decision templates for CFO, CEO, and board
- Collaborate in financial, operational, and commercial due diligence streams
- Manage the People & Organization workstream in post-merger integration
- Define Day 1, Day 30, and Day 100 organizational measures
- Design and implement the joint operating model
- Integrate talent and culture through talent mapping, leadership structure, and retention mechanisms
- Define KPIs for synergy realization and cultural alignment
- Advise management on complex structural and design issues
- Develop methods, templates, playbooks, and standards for the organization
- Coach executives in decision design and structural principles
