- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
- Support corporate housekeeping of subsidiaries
- Provide day-to-day legal support across business units
- Assist in implementing legal processes, templates, and tools
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments in IT/Tech law
- Support the use of Legal Tech solutions within the department
