- Stakeholder management experience (internal/external)
- Professional approach and very good communication skills
- Negotiation skills

- German language skills (native or bilingual)
- English language skills (professional working knowledge)

- Draft lease agreements
- Negotiate sale and purchase agreements
- Support closing of leasehold agreements
- Draft GC agreements
- Negotiate construction and planning contracts
- Draft property management agreements
- Support other service agreements
- Draft urban development agreements
- Negotiate real estate broker agreements
- Prepare exclusivity agreements
- Draft letters of intent
- Create non-disclosure agreements
- Revise and maintain agreement templates
- Revise and maintain legal VDRs for portfolio objects
- Answer legal issues and assess risks
- Provide legal support for property transactions
- Monitor legal due diligence by external advisors
- Support preparation of development plans
- Train employees on legal issues
- Coordinate with departments on legal interfaces
- Select and monitor external legal advisors
