You will play a key role in shaping the company's corporate governance by advising governing bodies, managing regulatory compliance, and coordinating high-level projects across global departments.

Aufgaben

• •Advise on corporate governance matters
• •Support the company's governing bodies
• •Draft compensation and Supervisory Board reports
• •Prepare and execute the Annual General Meeting
• •Ensure compliance with MAR and WpHG regulations
• •Handle group-wide corporate law matters
• •Manage board member compensation topics
• •Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders
• •Manage and oversee external experts
• •Lead and execute special legal projects
