- Create and standardize employment documents, including severance agreements
- Develop and maintain contract templates and clause libraries
- Support employment-related processes such as terminations and investigations
- Act as the first point of contact for routine employment law questions
- Collaborate with People Ops and Compliance to ensure compliant documentation
- Work with senior employment counsel on complex legal matters
- Contribute to the efficient use of digital HR and contract management systems
