- Advise managers on organizational design
- Serve as a key contact for the Works Council
- Support Works Council negotiations
- Implement adjustments for law changes and policies
- Foster professional, trust-based collaboration
- Support HR-related audits (e.g., Wage Tax)
- Monitor changes in German labor law
- Ensure full compliance with labor law
