- Coach managers and employees to drive engagement
- Promote positive change for a growing organization
- Support Inclusion and Diversity initiatives
- Assist throughout the annual performance management cycle
- Resolve employee relations issues and grievances
- Collaborate with the Works Council on policy implementation
- Participate in the development and negotiation of works agreements
