- Manage claims and disputes with a business-minded approach
- Provide legal guidance on German employment law
- Draft and update employment contracts and termination agreements
- Advise on sensitive employee relations and restructurings
- Monitor evolving German and EU regulations
- Support corporate governance for German entities
- Foster a culture of proactive compliance and ethical practices
