In this senior role, you will take charge of marketing effectiveness, driving insights and strategies across various channels. Your work will involve collaborating with analytics teams, translating data into actionable recommendations, and leading performance reporting for leadership.

Anforderungen

• •Proven senior experience in marketing analytics, attribution, and/or marketing mix modelling
• •Strong business mindset with ability to influence decisions through data
• •Hands-on experience building or running attribution or MMM models
• •Excellent communication skills
• •High level of ownership and self-motivation
• •Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, classifieds, or data-driven businesses
• •STEM-related background
• •Very good command of English; German is nice to have

Aufgaben

• •Own and drive marketing effectiveness across channels, brands, and markets
• •Build and evolve marketing mix models with the analytics team
• •Design multi-touch attribution approaches to assess channel contributions to revenue
• •Provide actionable ROI insights for key channels like Google, Social, Apple Store, TV, and CRM
• •Lead global marketing performance reporting with a clear narrative for leadership
• •Translate complex analytics into simple business recommendations for senior stakeholders
• •Support data-driven budget allocation and AI-based marketing spend optimization
• •Act as the key business owner for marketing analytics topics, collaborating cross-functionally
• •Manage and develop one direct report
