- Strong track record of delivering large-scale IT projects
- Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
- Broad technical knowledge in Cloud, Data Centre, workplace, and network technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with insurance-specific technologies and platforms
- Experience in EA documentation standards and tools (e.g., ADOIT)
- Understanding of infrastructure, including cloud services and virtualization technologies
- High motivation, dynamism, and self-driven nature
- Comfort working in dynamic environment and handling ad-hoc requests
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Solid interpersonal skills, relationship building, motivating, and influencing stakeholders
- Fluent English; additional language skills a plus
- Genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with Business and IT on IT landscape vision.
- Design and implement business-aligned enterprise architecture.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation) for business impact.
- Lead the IT Architecture Board and enforce architecture standards.
- Define and align technology roadmaps with business strategies.
- Represent Allianz Services in Group Architecture bodies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
- Develop and execute the 2-5 year IT roadmap.
