In this role, you will lead a team focused on integrating security by design across the organization while developing strategies and KPIs to enhance security capabilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing security architecture projects and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure robust security measures are in place.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in computer science, natural sciences, or equivalent professional experience
• •Ability to lead and inspire diverse international teams
• •Professional experience with cloud technologies and IT security
• •Expertise in information security management systems and industry standards
• •Agile mindset with practical experience in agile methodologies
• •Proficient English with excellent international communication skills
• •Good working knowledge in German or willingness to acquire it
• •Basic knowledge of AI technologies and principles

Aufgaben

• •Lead a team of security architects
• •Embed security by design throughout the organization
• •Guide solution and tribe architects in documenting security concepts
• •Set the mission, vision, and strategy for security architecture
• •Align security architecture with Allianz's business and IT strategy
• •Develop and implement KPIs to assess security capabilities
• •Identify areas for improvement in security capabilities
• •Initiate projects to implement or enhance security capabilities
• •Design and implement security processes
• •Ensure IT processes are designed with security considerations
• •Oversee security architecture projects and review documentation
• •Ensure required improvements are adopted by projects
• •Provide information security consulting to stakeholders
• •Liaise with relevant stakeholders on security matters
• •Lead the Security Champions Community
• •Foster knowledge exchange and best practices among teams
• •Embed security gateways in service teams
