Aufgaben
- Lead a team of security architects
- Embed security by design throughout the organization
- Guide solution and tribe architects in documenting security concepts
- Set the mission, vision, and strategy for security architecture
- Align security architecture with Allianz's business and IT strategy
- Develop and implement KPIs to assess security capabilities
- Identify areas for improvement in security capabilities
- Initiate projects to implement or enhance security capabilities
- Design and implement security processes
- Ensure IT processes are designed with security considerations
- Oversee security architecture projects and review documentation
- Ensure required improvements are adopted by projects
- Provide information security consulting to stakeholders
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders on security matters
- Lead the Security Champions Community
- Foster knowledge exchange and best practices among teams
- Embed security gateways in service teams
