Anforderungen
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, large-scale system landscapes, or digital platform strategy in retail/complex industries
- Deep understanding of omnichannel retail capabilities (e-commerce, store systems, ERP, order management, fulfilment, customer platforms)
- Proven leadership in building/scaling architecture teams in agile/product-centric environments
- Strong capability to link business/technology strategy, translating vision into roadmaps/decisions
- Demonstrated experience with modern cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS), infrastructure-as-code, platform engineering
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, event-driven architectures, microservices
- Experience in defining/operating architecture governance frameworks, standards, principles at enterprise scale
- Ability to manage complexity, align stakeholders, drive decision-making in multi-market organisations
- Strong analytical/structured thinking, ability to communicate complex architectural topics to executives
- Hands-on experience with ERP, commerce, data, or supply chain applications in large-scale transformation
- High ownership, resilience, effectiveness in transformation/change environments
Aufgaben
- Lead enterprise architecture evolution across core domains.
- Align architecture with technology strategy and platform direction.
- Define and govern enterprise target architecture, principles, and standards.
- Lead and develop the Enterprise Architecture function.
- Ensure alignment across markets and technology domains.
- Translate business priorities into capability roadmaps.
- Translate business priorities into architectural guardrails.
- Provide technology investment guidance.
- Establish and operate architecture governance frameworks.
- Establish and operate architecture decision forums.
- Establish and operate architecture review boards.
- Simplify and modernize legacy system landscapes.
- Reduce architectural debt.
- Enable reusable, composable capabilities.
- Partner with C-level stakeholders strategically.
- Partner with product organizations and engineering leadership.
- Embed architecture into delivery and decision-making.
- Oversee technology portfolio transparency.
- Oversee capability mapping.
- Oversee dependency management.
- Provide architectural leadership for strategic programs.
- Oversee strategic programs and platforms.
- Embed security and resilience by design.
- Embed compliance and data governance by design.
- Contribute to vendor strategy.
- Contribute to platform selection.
- Contribute to large-scale RFP processes.
- Enable data-driven and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Develop a strong architecture community and culture.
