- Align rewards with growth and product roadmaps
- Lead benchmarking and salary banding
- Design job architecture and leveling structures
- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Plan and execute annual merit and promotion cycles
- Steer compensation calibration and governance with leadership
- Refine variable pay and incentive concepts
- Develop recognition programs to drive retention
- Design and negotiate the international benefits portfolio
- Manage benefit vendors and service level agreements
- Build reward dashboards for leaders and employees
- Monitor pay equity and budget impact
- Ensure compliance with labor and tax requirements
- Prepare documentation for audits
- Partner with the works council on co-determination
- Create reward playbooks and manager guides
- Develop clear communications for reward programs
